Need a New or Renew a U.S. Passport? Apply early the rules will be changing again.

Central Library Conference Room, First Floor The City of Glendale's Enterprise Services Section will help you apply for your new passport or renew a previously issued passport. We are the only Passport Acceptance Facility that will take credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) for payment of your entire Passport transaction.

Apply for a passport or renew a previously issued passport on
September 20, 10 am to 4 pm, Central Library
October 18, 10 am to 4 pm, Montrose-Crescenta Branch

Beginning January 2008 the Passport Requirement Rules will be changing again for travel by land and sea to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Avoid the mad rush by applying early.
Why Apply for your US Passport through the City of Glendale?
- Enterprise Services was created to provide additional services that are in demand and can be utilized by everyone in Glendale and our surrounding Communities. As a result of providing passport acceptance services, the fees we earn from providing these services are used to pay for your favorite City Services such as the Libraries, Parks and Public Safety.
- We hope you will help fund your favorite city service by bringing your passport needs to Enterprise Services.
- We will accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as well as cash and personal checks for payment of the full passport application fees.
What you will need to Renew a US Passport you should bring:
- Your previously issued adult U.S. Passport
- Issued no longer than 15 years ago
- You must have been 16 years old or older
- 2 2x2 Passport Photos (will also be available on site)
What you will need to apply for a New US Passport you should bring:
- ID (current government issued ID such as driver's license or California identification)
- One of the following: a certified birth certificate (NO ABSTRACTS), a previously issued US Passport or Naturalization Certificate.
- 2 2x2 Passport Photos (will also be available on site)
Other Requirements
- All passport applicants are required to appear in person, including children, for children under 14 years of age both parents must be present at the time the application is being executed.
- Submit two 2x2 photos (Photos will be available on-site for a small fee)
