Meeting Rooms at The Library |

Planning a meeting? Schedule your next event at the Glendale Public Library -- a comfortable, accessible environment for your special event, club meeting, music recital or private function.
Rental fees vary for non-profit and commercial organizations, and for organizations located in Glendale or elsewhere.
Meeting Room Policy: Information about eligibility and your responsibilities in renting a Library meeting room.
Free meeting spaces for groups of 8 or less are available on a first come, first served basis as indicated below.
Accessibility: All meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. All Library sites feature parking for the handicapped.

Book a meeting room
1. Read the Meeting Room Policy to see if your group is eligible.
2. Read about your responsibilities for meeting room use.
3. Consult the list below for locations and room capacity.
4. Call or visit the library site to schedule a room.
5. Print the "Facilities Reservation Request & Agreement" and mail or fax it to the Library to confirm your reservation.
6. Pay fees in person at the meeting room site within one week of making reservation (or reservation may be cancelled.)
