The City of Glendale's Enterprise Services department strongly believes in child safety. We've participated in several Kiwanis child safety seat events, by providing Child ID kits to the participating children. We will be bringing our Child ID Kit services to the Glendale Central Library, Children's Room on September 20, 2008 immediately following "Family Storytime". Our Child ID Kits are intended for children ages 4 and up. We will be selling the Child ID Kits for $10.00 at this event only.
Law Enforcement agencies recommend parents keep current photos of their children and identifying information with them at all times. So the City of Glendale's Enterprise Services came up with a way for parents and guardians to keep it all in place and always with them.
You'll get:
- 4 photos of your child
- Fingerprints of all 10 fingers
- Palm Prints
- Identifying Information (i.e. scars, birthmarks)
All this information on a mini CD that fits in your purse or wallet. What better way to be prepared?
